| Qualifications, etc. | (Required) Those who are enthusiastic about creating businesses utilizing the research results of national universities. At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas of work 1. investment-related work at venture capital firms, investment banks, etc. 2. new business development and R&D related work at operating companies, etc. 3. work at a strategic consulting firm (Preferred) Graduated from a university or completed a graduate course in the natural sciences. |
| employment status | Full-time employee (6-month probationary period) After the probationary period (standard working hours: 8 hours per day, 8:30 to 17:30), the position may be transferred to the discretionary labor system (specialized work type) by labor-management agreement. Under the discretionary work system, employees are free to come and go as they please and are considered to have worked eight hours. Vacations (Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, anniversary of the company's founding, and summer holidays), annual paid vacations. |
