InnoVision2026, to be held in Singapore on January 26–27 and jointly organized by Kyoto University Innovation Capital Co., Ltd. and Kyoto University (https://www.kyoto-unicap.co.jp/inno-vision2026/), has been officially recognized as a “Commemorative Event of the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Singapore”.

InnoVision is held annually in Singapore each January, and 2026 marks its third edition. The conference is primarily aimed at connecting university-originated startups and pre-entrepreneurial projects from Japan with investors and corporate partners in Singapore. To date, more than 30 startups have visited Singapore through InnoVision, resulting in over 180 business meetings and the realization of four business partnerships and related collaborations.

From this year, the scale of InnoVision will be significantly expanded, with participation from more than 20 university-originated startups and pre-entrepreneurial projects from across Japan, in addition to those from Kyoto University. In recognition of its contribution to promoting exchange and mutual understanding between Japan and Singapore, InnoVision has been selected as an official project of the anniversary commemoration program.
