Accepted intern students.
Our fourth intern, Naoto Kawakami, an MBA student at Duke University in the U.S., was accepted.
Ms. Kawakami spent about three months in the investment department, where she worked with investment department staff to search for investment projects, consider and execute investments, and provide post-investment support.
At the end of the training, the trainees presented what they had learned in their work at a meeting in the Investment Department and completed the entire program.
At the completion ceremony, Mr. Kusumi, President and Representative Director of the firm, said, "We are happy if we were able to provide Kawakami-san with a good learning experience. It was also an opportunity for the investment department staff to verbalize their own work once again through sharing their daily work. We would like to thank them as well. We look forward to their future activities." The participants were presented with a certificate of completion and a commemorative gift.
Kyoto iCAP aims to contribute to human resource development and improve public understanding of university-launched venture investment operations through the acceptance of interns.
